From the time I enquired simply to get some information on products and time ranges, Rigon couldn't have been any more helpful. His efficiency and communication was excellent. I had even asked for numerous changes to artwork etc before placing the order. He did everything quickly and efficiently. Flashbay - great service and quality of products …
Flashbay offered great service and quality of product. They were very responsive to our initial enquiry and followed up with design plans and also sample of the merchandise. They were patient with us as we are a small charity and wanted to be sure that we were getting value for money and our decision was slower than normal. Flashbay gave us a very good deal and we were delighted with it. We did have other quotes but the dialogue with Caroline of Flashbay gave us assurance of their service. The merchandise arrived as planned and all was conducted accordingly.
