Great customer service.
We ordered business items over Christmas through Tom who was great in assisting, quick replies and orders processed quickly and delivered within a few days. We recently put another order in for more items and will continue to use Flash Bay to top up our stock through Tom.

Flashbay - are great!
I came across a supplier who had branded contactless phone chargers. The name Flashbay was on the back and I did a little research.
Having emailed Flashbay, I got an immediate response from Adam Pickrell who was very helpful and sent through some quotes which I thought were good value.
From there it proceeded very quickly with a couple of samples in the post and the artwork. Even with it being Christmas and New Year, they all arrived very quickly and I am absolutely delighted. They'll be a great marketing tool. Thank you Adam and the team. Great job.

Fantastic Employees: Nick & Justin!
Nick was fantastic to work with. We had a huge problem related to shipping early when our office was closed for the holidays and Justin was not only supportive he was able to resolve the issue and our product arrived this morning.
We will definitely order again with Flashbay because of this excellent experience.
