We let Flashbay know what we wanted and there was no messing about, they got the proofs straight over we negotiated the price and within the week all items were delivered to a very high standard.
We will definitely be using them again and for all our future merchandising.

Theodore dealt with my initial query and has been prompt with replies and keeping me up to date with the order.
In fact the order was delayed as I hadn't spotted the original contact from him. My fault.
My art work was deemed fine and the order arrived fairly quickly. The products arrived all individually boxed and are a great product, The carriers, a fair few of them treated the main box with great respect and no damage or marks on the box at all.

We ordered company branded mugs as well as as pens and notebooks with our Baker Hughes company logo. The process was seamless and Lewis' constant communication was extremely helpful. The quality is impressive, making us extremely happy with our products and experience.

This was my first experience of using Flashbay and the whole experience was flawless. Tom James was so helpful and sent out a few samples for me to look at, which I loved. We have used Flashbay for a number of promotional items now, and the level of service is great. Excellent value for money, with a team at the end of a phone or email to support where needed.
Our customer support advisor Rob White always keeps us updated on the status of tour orders, and is very proactive with his support.
