Can't really fault them!
Fast service, keen response from sales and the job manager, who kept on my case to complete, but not in an obtrusive or impatient manner.
Product produced and shipped quickly, excellent tracking for postage from HK and pleased with the end result.
I guess if they were to be perfect, it'd all be manufactured in the UK, but we know that's not the way of the world - China seems to dominate.
Lewis went the extra mile and made sure our recently purchased USB duplicator was compitable with the chipsets Flashbay was providing, by contacting the duplicator company. So he went that extra mile to ensure the after-sales experience would be solid. So, yeah, can't fault them.
Price-wise - they match the quality and assurance of a long-lasting product...time will tell!
